3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with 1/8 teaspoon salt until foamy throughout. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread over warm filling, making sure it seals to edge of crust all around. Bake at 400 for 6 to 8 minutes, until nicely browned. Cool, not in draft.
