3eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 c grated zucchini (unpeeled)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c raisins
1 c chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla - beat until smooth. Add zucchini and stir to combine. Combine all dry ingredients, raisins, nuts and stir into zucchini mixture. Bake in tube pan or 9x13 pan at 325 for 50 minutes.
ICING: Melt 1/2 c butter,1c brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt over low heat, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup milk, bring to a boil. Cool slightly and add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
