1 large pkg cheddar cheese, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can chicken broth, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1 small can green chilies,(I prefer diced) 1 boiled chicken, 1 small can pimentos (opt), 1 large bag tortillla chips,
Spread chips in oblong baking dish. De-bone chicken and mix with all ingredients except cheese. Spread chicken mixture evenly over chips. Top with cheese and bake 25-30 min @ 350º
