1 small onion

2 large red peppers

2 oz butter

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon sugar

2 teaspoons tomato puree

2 lbs tomatoes skinned and chopped

2 pints chicken stock

Salt & pepper

Bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and red peppers gently in butter until soft.

Add paprika and sugar and cook through

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes
