2 oz butter

8oz self raising flour

1oz sugar

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

pint (140mls) milk

3oz sultanas if wanted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and flour/ baking powder/salt to breadcrumb consistency

Add sultanas and milk to mix to dough

Roll out and bake at 220c for 10 minutes
