White wine (table)
1 lb. Gruyere cheese, cubed
1 lb. Edam or Emmental cheese, cubed
Flour
Garlic, pinch

Directions:
Directions:
Fill fondue pot half full with white wine. Dredge cubed cheeses in bag with flour and garlic. Once wine is hot, add cheeses slowly to the pot, stirring constantly until the cheeses melt.
Serve with fresh bread.
