3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
Garlic powder
1 can green beans
1 can yellow beans
1 can kidney beans (rinsed well)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 - 2 cans button mushrooms
Cauliflower pieces
1 purple onion, sliced

Mix the first seven ingredients to make salad dressing.
In a large salad bowl add beans, peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower and onions. Add dressing and mix very well. Keep chilled until serving.
Note: This salad can be made several hours ahead, and is a great dish for a large crowd as it makes a lot.
