Salad
1medium can stewed tomatoes
1 small package Lemon Jello
Celery, chopped
1 c. boiling water
1 c. juice from tomatoes

Topping
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes, saving juice. Mix tomatoes and chopped celery. Make up Jello using boiled water, substituting juice from tomatoes for cold water. Add jello to tomatoes and celery, stir well. Chill.
Sour cream and mayonnaise makes a good topping for this salad.

An unfortunate tradition in the Coulson home involved forgetting the Tomato Aspic until long after dinner was served.
