2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (sm.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 (lg.) bananas
2 (sm.) cans crushed pineapple
2 pkg. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 pkg. strawberry Jello in 2 c. hot water. Mix 2 sm. pkg. of frozen strawberries into Jello mixture until cool. Add 2 lg.diced bananas,2 sm. cans crushed pineapple drained into the cooled Jello mixture. Pour 1/2 of mixture into shallow bowl & allow to set for 30 min. Put other 1/2 in refrigerator. Spread 2 pkg. of sour cream over first layer of Jello. Add other 1/2 Jello.

Judy is the wife of Jack Hollenshead, Jr., the Editor of this cookbook. She is the daughter-in-law of the late Jack & Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead. It is very pretty as well as very cool and refreshing. Good when hot outside.
