Personal Notes:
Judy is the wife of Jack Hollenshead, Jr., the Editor of this cookbook. She is the daughter-in-law of the late Jack & Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead. She was given this recipe in the mid 1980's by Eve Lees Birch, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. It is a wonderful dessert that Jack & I were served at her home overlooking Long Beach Harbor and the Queen Mary.
