Directions:
In roasting pan put frozen roast, onion cut up into bite sized pieces, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix and one can (from cream of mushroom soup) of red wine. You can either put it in the oven in the morning at 300 and cook until 5:00 or put in the crock pot for a good 8 to 10 hours on low heat. At 5:00 put in the potatoes and carrots and increase the oven to 350 or the crock pot to high. It should take about an hour for the vegetable to finish.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
After having Luca one of our customers. Mrs. Peak, brought over this dish so that I would not have to cook. It was so tasty and became one of my favorite meals when I know that I will not have time to come home and cook. The house smells wonderful when you walk in and this is cooking.
