10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 lb. sausage, browned & crumbled
2 (sm.) cans green chilies
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour & baking powder into eggs & melted margarine. Add remaining ingredients, mixing in well, one at a time. Pour into greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15 min.; lower heat to 350 & bake for 35 min. Let stand for a few min. before serving.

Kendall is the daughter of Jack and Judy (Green) Hollenshead and the granddaughter of the late Jack and Dorothy (Bellew) Hollenshead. Very good. I help mom with this because I like it for breakfast on holiday mornings.
