1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. crumbled bleu cheese
1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
1/2 c. green olives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter and bleu cheese. Stir in the olives and chives. Spoon onto a plastic wrap and gather into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. To serve, unwrap and place on a serving tray. Surround with crackers and enjoy.
