1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 can (3 oz) whole mushrooms, undrained
2 cups coarsely cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 lb raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In hot butter in skillet, saute celery and onion until tender - about 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
2. Add mushrooms, chicken, and shrimp.
3. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch; mix until smooth. Slowly add to chicken mixture, then cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to boiling and thickens slightly.
4. Cook over low heat, covered, stirring frequently, 10 minutes, or until shrimps are done.
5. Serve over rice.
