4-6 lean pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
2 T. vegetable oil
1- 10 oz. can chicken and rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge pork chops in a mixture of flour, salt, mustard, garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place pork chops in crock pot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook at low temperature for 6-8 hours or at high temperature for 3 1/2 hours.
