Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans green olives (no stuffing)
1 handful cilantro
1 Tbsp lemon zest
3 cloves fresh garlic
2-4 chilies
Olive Oil to lubricate the food processor

Directions:
Directions:
The green olives should not be the ones that are stuffed with pimentos or anything else, just pitted and plain. You could substitute black olives but itís not nearly as zingy.

Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and zoom away, add olive oil as needed to make it a paste.

Serve fresh with bread or crackers, can also be used as a spread for sandwiches.
