1/2 cube of butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 4 hard boiled eggs 2 pkgs frozen broccoli (cooked and drained) 1 c. grated cheese 25 crushed soda crackers
Mix butter, flour and milk; this is the white sauce. Then add eggs and broccoli. Then lightly mix the cheese and crackers. Put in a casserole dish and top with 1/4-1/2 cube butter. Cook till bubbly at 350º for about 25 minutes.
