Ingredients:  
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c milk
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 1 /2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 small onion chopped
1/4 t ginger
3/4 c crushed crackers (ie. ritz, saltines)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

1. Pat brown sugar into bottom of 5"x9" loaf pan. Spread ketchup on top of sugar.

2. Mix remaining ingredients and shape into loaf. Place on top of ketchup.

3. Bake 1 hr.
