olive oil
wine vinegar
salt
pepper
oregano
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Peel stalks and cut into long, thin, sticks. Steam for about 4 -5 minutes. Dress with oil and vinegar in a ratio of 2 T oil to 1 1/2 T vinegar.. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and oregano. Add a split clove of garlic. Serve at room temperature.
