1 (18.5 oz) pkg Swiss Chocolate cake mix w/o pudding
3 large eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 (10oz) jar seedless raspberry jam
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 8-in round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cakes completely. Spread jam between layers. Microwave whipping cream on High for 1 minute, add chocolate morsels, Stir until melted. Pour over the top of cake and spread on sides. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream
