1 c. water
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend water, butter and cocoa in saucepan and heat to boiling. Add to the flour, sugar , soda and cinnamon, which have been sifted together. Blend well. Stir in the eggs and buttermilk and beat well. Pour into a greased 15x10 jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Spread with frosting while still hot.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
1 box(1lb) powered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat buttermilk and butter together to boiling. Pour over the powdered sugar and cocoa which have been blended well. Beat well until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Stir in pecans. Spread over the cake while the cake is hot.
