1 c butter
1/2 c melted coconut oil (can substitute butter)
3/4 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c wheat germ
1 tsp salt
1 12 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 c oatmeal
1 c walnuts or sunflower seeds
12 oz bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 5 ingredients. Add flour, salt, baking soda, wheat germ and mix. Stir in oatmeal, nuts, and chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 for appx 12 minutes or until brown around the edges.
