2 cans whole kernel corn,drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 (4-oz.) can black olives, chopped
1 (4-oz.) can green chilies, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
3 carrots, finely chopped
jalapeņos, to taste, drained and chopped
1 bag mild Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
salt, pepper and Tony Chachere's, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a lg. bowl; refrigerate overnight.
