1-18oz can vegetqable juice (v-8) 2 c beef broth 1 1/2 c chopped green pepper 1 medium tomato, peeled & chopped 3/4 c choppede onion 1/3 c lemon juice 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp paprika 1 clove minced garlic 1/8 tsp pepper1 tsp salt
Combine and chill for 6 hours or more. Makes a delightful soup before any mexican dinner or all by itself.
