1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, sausage or pepperoni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar pizza sauce (15 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
you can also use mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, etc...

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add pizza sauce, garlic oregano and mix well. Pour mixture in greased 9x13 dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, milk, oil and salt. Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
