Ingredients:  
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 cup celery, cut fine
1 can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper
8 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 tsp. each oregano, thyme, & rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic and celery in small amount of fat. Add tomato paste, sauce, water and seasonings. Cook 1 hour on low heat. Add shrimp and mushrooms and cook 30 minutes longer. Serve over cooked rice.
