4 slices dry bread,
1 lb. ground beef,
2 eggs,
1/2 cup Romano cheese,
2 tbsp. chopped parsley,
1 clove garlic minced,
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano,
1 tsp. salt,
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in water for 2 minutes, squeeze out moisture. Combine soaked bread with remaining ingredients mixing well. Form into small balls. Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons of oil, add to sauce.
