1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice with seasoning.
1/2 tsp worchesteshire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
14 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cheese cubed
1/2 lb cleaned uncooked shrimp

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoeoughly. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 375 30-35 minutes and enjoy. I nearly always double the recipe. It is a great company dish with salad and bread.

I got this recipe from a Gourmet Cooking class when we sere stationed in Puerto Rico. My children and friends have always liked it a lot.
