2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 drops Tabasco
2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend together the vinegar, salt, Tabasco, bleu cheese and cream cheese. Blend in olive oil and then add mayonnaise. Beat with mixer until smooth. Chill.
