2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 well-beaten eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 large can Mandarin oranges
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 large carton Cool Whip
Chopped nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, vinegar, butter and eggs. Cook until thick over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool. Add the cream cheese and refrigerate. Drain the pineapple and oranges. Add the fruit to the cream cheese mixture. Add miniature marshmallows and Cool Whip. Add nuts if desired. Can be made ahead of time. Keeps for 1 week.
