1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small can green peas (or frozen)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6-8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:

Layer the above ingredients in a glass salad bowl in order listed. Mix mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over top of salad. Chill before serving. Great as a meal in itself.
