1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. bourbon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloins or 2 tenderloins

Mustard Sauce:
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Marinate tenderloin in mixture at least 2 hours, turning frequently. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting often with marinade. Serve warm with mustard sauce.

For mustard sauce, combine all ingredients until well blended and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with pork tenderloin.
