1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
1 11.5 oz box raisin bran
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups +1 tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, eggs, and oil then add the dry ingredient by hand. The mixture will be quite stiff. Bake in muffin pan at 375 for 15 min. Mix can be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks and baked as needed.
