1 14 oz. Brie Wheel
1 package Puff-Pastry Sheets
1 beaten egg
Brown Sugar
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice Brie, making 2 round layers.
Place handful brown sugar on one layer.
Top with pecans
Place top wheel over brown sugar & pecans.
Place handful brown sugar and pecans on top.
After thawing, roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry to 1/8 thickness.
Place Brie wheel in center of puff pastry.
Wrap dough over wheel, sealing completely by crimping edges together.
Brush top and sides with beaten egg for a glossy fnish.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
Cut small wedges from the wheel and serve with crackers.
