3 c. lightly salted nuts
1 egg white
1 tbsp. orange juice
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Place nuts in large bowl. In small bowl beat egg white and orange juice with fork until foamy. Add sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger and allspice. Mix well. Pour over nuts and stir to coat. Spread into ungreased 15X10" pan. Bake at 275 stirring every 15 minutes for 45-50 minutes or until nuts are crisp and lightly brown. Cool completely.
