3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 can pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Blend. Add Pumpkin, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Slowly pour milk into mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour at 400.

This is a must for Thanksgiving. Lindsey usually makes two pies for us to take with us to visit family in Blackshear. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without them.
