Fresh salmon filets (skinless)
Low-Sodium soy sauce
Fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon filets in a shallow dish, pour soy sauce over salmon to cover bottom of dish, add water to dilute but do not submerge fish. Lay fresh dill on top of fillets. Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes on high. Thicker filets may require longer cooking time.
