1 medium head fresh Cauliflower (steamed)
3 eggs (beaten with fork or wisk)
1 Can evaporated milk
1/2 t salt and 1/2 t pepper
2 t Worchestershire sauce
1 t prepared mustard
1 3 oz pkg crumbled Feta cheese
2/3 C Monterey Jack cheese

While cauliflower is steaming. Mix other ingredients together. Chop steamed cauliflower and fold into cheese mixture. Pour into glass baking dish. Sprinkle to with paprika. Bake at 350
