3 oz softened cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Food coloring
Flavoring to taste (extract of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until soft. Gradually add sugar, flavoring and coloring. Knead until consistency of pie dough. Roll into marble size balls and roll in granulated sugar. Press into rubber molds, unmold onto waxed paper and let dry, about 24 hours.
