3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Box of Andes Creme de Menthe wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 3 ingredients in sauce pan over low heat until melted. Add chips and remove from heat, stirring until melted. Pour into mixing bowl and cool for 10 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Chill dough slightly. Roll in 1 tsp balls and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Place one candy on each cookie immediately after removing from oven. Allow to soften about 3 minutes and swirl over cookies.
