2 pounds orange roughy
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 T. butter, softened
3 T. mayonnaise
3 T. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered baking dish, place fillets in a single layer. Brush with lemon juice. Let stand for 10 min. In a small bowl, combine cheese, butter, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, pepper, and Tobasco sauce. Broil fillets 3-4 in. under preheated broiler for 5 min. Spread with cheese mixture an broil for an additional 2-3 min. Watch closely!
