3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package Jello chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
6 medium bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil, beat until smooth. While mixer is running add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and pudding mix. Scrape bowl and continue to mix while adding flour 1/2 cup at a time. After all flour has been added to bowl scrape down the sides and then add the chocolate chips and walnuts, mix until well distributed in the batter.

Pour batter into two greased 4" x 8" pans and bake at 350 for about an hour.

Cool on wire rack. Allow to fully cool before slicing.

For regular banana bread, omit the chocolate chips, walnuts, and pudding mix. You may also replace three of the bananas with one cup of mashed strawberries for Strawberry/Banana Bread.
