3 cups sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
4 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 pound shredded monterey jack cheese
3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
whole chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and chopped chilies. Layer 1 1/2 cup rice, 1 1/2 cup sour cream mixture and 1/2 monterey jack cheese in a buttered, 3 quart casserole dish. Repeat layers ending with rice on top.
Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 min. Garnish with whole chilies.
