1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
1 Large jar of pasta sauce (Basil & Tomato Classic)
1 10 oz. pkg. of chopped spinach, thawed
16 ozs. low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
2 C. Mozzarella
1/2 C. Fresh Parmesan
1 Egg
1/3 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix 1/2 of Mozzarella & Parmesan, all cottage cheese, egg, seasonings, & spinach. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer, starting with some water and pasta sauce, then noodles, 1/2 of the mixture, more sauce, then more noodles, other half of mixture, noodles, rest of sauce and the rest of the Mozarella and Parmeson on top. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
