32 oz frozen southern style hash browns (cubed skillet style)
16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 small onion chopped fine
Salt to taste
2 c. grated cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix first 6 ingredients in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
