Whole Chicken Fryer cut into quarters
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 3oz can sliced mushrooms with juice
1/2 C. White Wine
Fresh mushrooms sliced
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Wash chicken and place in a pan skin side up.
In a separate bowl, mix together: sour cream, mushrooms, mushroom soup and wine. Mix together and pour over chicken. Put 3-4 slices of fresh mushrooms on top and sprinkle generously with paprika (until the entire top looks red). Cook for about an hour. Baste it with sauce at 30 and 45 minutes. When the sauce thickens up, it is done. Serve with rice & vegetables.
