1 lb. turkey smoked sausage
3/4 cup converted rice
3/4 cup water
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 tbsp. butter
10 oz. frozen peas
1-2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, soup, water and rice in large skillet over medium heat. Cut sausage into small chunks and add to skillet Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in frozen peas and simmer 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
