1 16-oz. pkg. macaroni
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Mix milk and eggs, combine with two cups cheese and all other ingredients. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish, sprinkle extra cup of cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
