1 Loaf frozen bread dough
Salt
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Egg mixture:
1 Egg
3 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Thaw and soften bread dough. Divide into 8-12 equal pieces. roll into 15 inch ropes and twist into pretzel shape. Place on baking sheet.

Brush with egg mixture. Sprinkle with salt and/or Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until pretzels are browned. Cool on wire rack
