8 servings of instant mashed potatoes
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. frozen mixed veggies
1/4 c. water
1 (14 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/2 of a (6 oz.) can of tomato paste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add frozen veggies and water and cook for 5-10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and peppe; bring to boil. Transfer to 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through at 375F.
